At FH&C, our goal is to provide compassionate and personalized supportive home care services to our clients. We strive to improve the quality of life for those we serve, prioritize their safety and well-being, while fostering independence in the community.
About us
Faith Hope and Charity is an organization that was founded with the idea that independence in the community is a freedom that all people deserve. We have helped to relocate many elderlies, disabled and chronically ill people who lived in residential institutions and nursing homes back to the community into independent apartments. We understand that freedom in the community is crucial in achieving quality of life. This can only be done with an abundance of faith, hope, and charity.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of supportive home care services, including housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, shopping, appointment setting, transportation scheduling, medication administration and more. Our focus is to foster independence in the community for individuals having special needs.
